Let's talk Christmas!

It is that time of year again – and Santa is working hard to make sure we have plenty of DOVA sofas in stock for the Christmas period.

With lots of our DOVA families asking similar questions, we have put together a Christmas Q&A to guide you.


Is there going to be Black Friday sale?

Honesty is the best policy. There will not be any additional Black Friday discount. As a new business we are focussed on producing a quality product that is fairly priced all year round. However, we have decided to extend our free shipping policy throughout the festive period.


What if the colour I want is currently sold out?

Some colours, such as Turtle and Lion, have been more popular than others and have already sold out. But fear not, it doesn’t mean these colours won’t be available for Christmas. More stock is on the way from Santa’s workshop and pre-orders will be live soon for any out-of-stock items.


Is there a cut-off date for Christmas orders?

To ensure your DOVA arrives in time for Christmas, please order no later than Friday 17th December. Orders placed after this date may arrive in time depending on how busy our distribution courier is – but we want to be very clear, please order by 17th December to be safe.


How long will my DOVA take to arrive?

All in-stock items will be delivered within 2-5 business days. All pre-orders will be delivered mid-December and further updates will be posted on our website and social media accounts.


Can I order now and delay the delivery date?

No, unfortunately we are unable to ship DOVAs on selected future dates. Once you have placed your order you can expect to receive it within 2-5 business days. As above, pre-orders for out-of-stock colours will be delivered mid-December, with more details to follow once the stock batch is ready to go.
